Sample Submissions

While we accept walk-in samples from homeowners, we recommend using our trained technicians for on-site collection. Our team ensures all sampling meets WorkSafeBC regulations and methodologies.

Chain of Custody (COC): A completed COC is required for all samples. Please include the specific address and room location for each sample.

Save Time: Download the Chain of Custody Form below and complete it before your visit.

Note: If your project requires a city permit, inspectors may mandate that a technologist performs the sampling. Please check with your municipality for specific requirements.
